Stubborn‘ features collaborations with several notable artists, including Asake, Shallipopi, Shorae Moore, Saint Jhn, and American rapper Teezo Touchdown. With these star-studded features and his unique sound, Victony continues to resonate with a diverse global audience.

This impressive feat places ‘Stubborn‘ as Victony’s second most-streamed project on the platform, trailing just behind his 2022 EP ‘Outlaw.’

The success of ‘Stubborn‘ underscores Victony’s ability to consistently deliver music that connects with listeners around the world, solidifying his reputation as one of the most exciting talents in the Nigerian music industry.

Recall, In an interview with HipTv, Victony shared that Davido has been a pillar of encouragement, especially during his most challenging moments. He recalled how Davido offered him an opportunity to perform at his O2 Arena concert following a life-altering accident a few years ago.

Victony also mentioned Davido’s attendance at his album listening party, further highlighting Davido’s genuine commitment to their friendship and his success.

Their bond goes back even before Davido’s rise to fame, as Victony’s manager, Alhaji, used to take him to Davido’s favorite hangout spots. Reflecting on their relationship, Victony praised Davido’s humility and generosity, stating, “He’s been there for me since the start of my career… He’s a good person, and I appreciate him.”
