“Russian and North Korean troops have launched a new assault in the Kursk region. The 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade “Magura” and its allies are repelling a new major Russian attack. This time, the enemy changed his tactics. Previously, they attacked mainly with vehicles, but now they send infantry.

Several infantry groups launched attacks from several directions simultaneously. The attack began at midnight and lasted over 16 hours. They fought over fields and open areas. Enemy attackers were transported in ATVs (off-road vehicles) and left in narrow places, where the enemy hid behind trees.”

The Ukrainian brigade stressed that Ukrainian soldiers continue to defend the line of contact and that all units have collaborated to push back the Russians.

“Bradley and the artillery attacked the enemy with cluster munitions with the help of reconnaissance-side adjustment. Russian losses in this attack amount to at least one company of soldiers.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on Friday that North Korean troops have appeared on the battlefield again and are participating in new attacks after a disappearance of about three weeks.

The Ukrainian leader revealed at the end of last month that Ukrainian forces launched an attack on a Russian command center in the Kurk region as a result of which dozens of Russian and North Korean officers were killed.
